Privacy policy
Protecting your personal data is an integral part of the confidentiality that governs my work. This policy explains what data is collected through fourkioti.gr, why, and what your rights are under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, 2016/679).

What data is collected
- Contact form: name, email, phone (optional) and your message, solely in order to reply to you.
- Booking a session: name, email, phone and anything you choose to write when booking, in order to schedule, confirm and remind you of your session.
- Payments: processed by Stripe. Your card details are handled directly by Stripe and are never stored on this website or by me.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent (contact form), on the performance of our agreement to provide services (bookings, payments), and on legal obligations (e.g. tax).
Processors
- Cloudflare — website hosting and data storage.
- Google — email, booking calendar, video calls (Google Meet) and fonts (Google Fonts).
- Stripe — payment processing.
These providers may process data outside the EU, with appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses / EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
Cookies
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Stripe’s payment page may use strictly necessary cookies.
Retention
Contact form messages are kept only as long as needed for our communication. Booking and payment records are kept as required by law.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and may withdraw your consent at any time, by emailing [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
