When it can help
Every relationship goes through difficult phases. Couples therapy is not a “last resort” — it is a space for both of you to be heard, with the help of a third person who does not take sides. It can help when:
- conversations often end in an argument or in silence,
- you feel distance or loneliness within the relationship,
- you are going through a crisis of trust,
- a big change (a baby, a move abroad, work, a loss) has upset your balance,
- you come from different cultures or languages and keep misunderstanding each other,
- you are considering separation and want to think about it clearly.
How we work
Systemic couples therapy sees the relationship as a system with its own cycles: one partner reacts to the other, and the cycle starts again. Together we identify these cycles and try out new ways of communicating and connecting.
Sessions last 80 minutes and take place online — you can join together from the same place or, if needed, each from your own. Mixed Greek–English speaking couples are very welcome.
Frequently asked questions
What if my partner does not want to come?
You can start on your own. When one person changes something, the relationship often changes too — and partners frequently join later.
Will you take one partner’s side?
No. My role is to help the relationship and make sure you are both heard equally, not to judge who is right.
How much does it cost?
A couples session lasts 80 minutes and costs €50.
