Online therapy

A Greek-speaking psychologist, wherever you live

Online therapy by secure video call, in Greek or English — for Greeks abroad, mixed-culture couples and families, and English speakers living in Greece.

Why therapy in your own language matters

Living abroad can bring new opportunities — and also homesickness, loneliness, pressure to “make it”, and relationships stretched across distance. Many people find that the deepest feelings are easiest to express in the language they grew up with. Others prefer English, or a mix of both. Here, both are welcome.

Who I work with

  • Greeks living abroad — in the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Cyprus, the US, Canada, Australia and elsewhere.
  • Second-generation Greeks who feel at home in both languages.
  • Mixed-culture couples and families, where one partner speaks Greek and the other English.
  • English speakers living in Greece — expats, students and digital nomads.

How it works

  1. Book online on the booking page. Available times are shown in Greece time and in your local time.
  2. You immediately receive a confirmation email with the video call link (Google Meet).
  3. At the time of your session, click the link from a computer, tablet or phone — no installation needed.

All you need is a stable internet connection, headphones if you want more privacy, and a quiet place where you won’t be interrupted. Payment is by card from any country, in euros.

Does online therapy work?

For many difficulties, such as anxiety and depression, research shows that online therapy can be just as effective as in-person therapy. It also saves travel time, and you can continue wherever you are.

What I can help with

Online therapy is not suitable for emergencies. If you are in immediate danger, call your local emergency number (112 in Greece and the EU).
